I am surprised that with them soft enough to roll that they would last that long. Mine would mold fairly quickly if just put in a jar. I would have to dry mine completely and then they might last in a jar for a while.
becky--We live in a very dry area which is probably why it works to just toss them in a jar. Anyplace humid you'd need to seal them up in something so they don't get moldy and gross.
