I've been impressed with most of their products that I've purchased. The powdered eggs are very good. Same goes with the dehydrated strawberries, and the powdered cheese (it's kind of Nacho cheese-ish).
On the other side, the powdered butter was horrible! I tried it by itself, mixed with other foods - everything. That can hit the garbage.
